Thank you for your interest in the Midwest Witches Conference! 
Applications are due September 15, 2021.


Please provide list of three topics for us to choose from that you would like to present: This will ensure we do not have duplicate topics.


As a potential vendor, please be aware of the following information:

  1. The fee for a vendor table at this event is $40.00.  Please include payment for the vendor table along with the application.
  2. One 8 ft table with covering, will be provided for your products, along with 2 chairs.  
  3. Doors will be open Friday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am for event setup. Doors open for attendees at 8:00 am.
  4. Vendors are expected to leave the area the same as it was when they arrived.
  5. The selected vendors are expected to have products that fit the theme of this event and will be appropriate to the targeted audience. 
  6. Vendors wanting to attend the speaker sessions will need to purchase a ticket.
